If you purchase one of our products and such product was not accurately described or depicted on the Website, your sole remedy shall be to return such unused product to us within (30) days of your receipt thereof for a full refund (including your reasonable return shipping costs). We change our product descriptions and pricing from time to time, so you must check these details before ordering from us. We also cannot guarantee product availability. From time to time, yolantadesign may have to cancel or refuse an order placed by you. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In such an instance, if practical, we will notify you of our reasons for cancelling or refusing the order. We will do so via the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 3.6 Returns. If you have purchased a product offered through the Website that you wish to return to us, you must adhere to our Return Policy.


Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. If you are receiving items from a YolantaDesign outside of your territory, you may need to pay import duties upon receipt of the products. As import duties changes time by time we will included or you may have to pay them upon receipt of the products. If they are not included,YolantaDesign have any control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please note that in the event you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.


The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered by this date but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control . We will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay. Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The products will be delivered to you directly by YolantaDesign so your order may be delivered in multiple deliveries.


Depending on where you live, if you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection Regulations . This means that, during a certain period, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep the products, you can notify us of your decision to cancel and receive a refund from the YolantaDesign. Please see the "EU DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS " section of the Returns Policy for details of when and how you can cancel your order under the DSRs.


Events beyond of our control - YolantaDesign will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations to you if such failure or delay is caused by an event outside of our control, means any act or event beyond our reasonable control such as act(s) of God, wars, terrorist attacks, embargos, riots, strikes, lock-outs, trade disputes, fires, floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters, break-down, inclement weather, interruption of transport, Government action or failure of public or private telecommunications or transport networks. If such an event takes place and it affects the performance of our or the Partner Boutiques' obligations to you: (i) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and (ii) our and the Partner Boutiques' obligations to you will be suspended for the duration of the event. Where the event affects delivery of products to you, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date after the event is over.
